Pallavi had started shooting for the show and even was set to travel to Kashmir for a schedule. But its previous commitments - Marathi film - clashed with the filming of the series and had to opt out of it.
Informs a source, "Pallavi had date problems and decisive sequence had to be shot in Kashmir. Since she was not available, had to replace it with Ratan, best remembered as Laali of Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, also produced by Tewary . Though a part of the series has already been taken with Pallavi, manufacturers do not want to commit to the program and re-shoot the sequence. "
