Mohit Raina finds TV female dominated

Mohit Raina described television as a space dominated women and says it is difficult for artists to get male central roles. He considers himself lucky to play the lead role of Lord Shiva in "Devon Ka Dev ... Mahadev".

He refers to his character in the series as "larger than life" and calls it a "unique opportunity".

"TV is an industry dominated by women, who do not get a lot of playing central roles. The story of Lord Shiva is there and will go on and on.'s A character larger than life and the platform is huge," Mohit told IANS.

"As an actor, do not have much choice in television. I was lucky to get this.'ve Played 25-30 characters on the show. You have to be lucky to play so many characters," he added.

Althoug popularity has soared after his stint as Lord Shiva in the program, Mohit feels stardom in cinema is a different thing.

"Movies are a totally different world. People look for three hours and they become a mark for them. On TV, that is close to your heart every day. In films, may be that you forget to three weeks. they can see in advertisements. on TV, do not give them a chance to forget. But yes, the film industry is a larger platform, "he said.

Speaking of "Mahadev" Raina said he never anticipated to get the amount of love you have received.

"When we started the project, we never thought that we will get much gratitude and love. As an actor, is looking for love, and has come in abundance. When I started, I thought I would never be accepted in such a way.'m Just before words, "he said.
