Actors being replaced in television programs is common these days. Another thing is that the audience ends up feeling confused about the new faces that keep popping up on your favorite shows. Here is a list of reckoner who replaced whom in recent times.
Pratyusha Banerjee replaced Rasputra Toral (Balika Vadhu - kacchi Umar Ke Rishte Pakke)
Why: There was no clarity on the exact reason for Pratyusha Banerjee to exit the presentation that made him a household name overnight. Apparently she was not able to devote the necessary time to shoot was hectic schedules and health problems.

Anuj Sachdeva replaces Farhan Khan (Chhanchan)

He worked the replacement? Anuj has a difficult task at hand: first create chemistry with Sanaya (considering its fiery vibrations with former co-star Barun Sobti) and then rake in TRP. Does it matter to the audience?
Aman Verma replaces Milind Gunaji (Hum Ne Li Hai ... Shapath)
Why: Milind Gunaji had taken a lot of film and television projects and was unable to devote sufficient time to the show. Finally, channel and split amicably Milind way.

Aamir Ali replaces Pankaj Tiwari (Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga)
Why: The production house decided to renovate the entire story line to gather more audience when the male protagonist was unable to generate any interest in the show. Almost overnight Pankaj was replaced by Aamir Ali. While Pankaj was not interested in leaving the show, the creative team was in no mood for his humor.
He worked the replacement? Not until now. The TRP are still as sad as ever!
